In a blink of an eye, the next half year of 2021 is coming! As mentioned before, The University of Queensland (UQ) got the highest student satisfaction within the Group of Eight (G08)! In the second semester of 2021, UQ has generously offered a variety of scholarships to international students. Let’s have a look together!
Latest scholarships for semester 2, 2021
UQ Excellence Scholarship
The UQ Excellence Scholarship provides tuition subsidies for high-achieving international students who will commence relevant degree program at The University of Queensland in the second semester of 2021.
Scholarship value: Reduce 25% tuition fee per year
Duration of the scholarships: According to the length of the degree program (up to 4 years)
UQ High Achievers Scholarship
This scholarship aims to reward high-achieving students from India, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, South Korea, and the Philippines, who will commence a relevant degree program at The University of Queensland in the second semester of 2021.
Scholarship value: $10,000
Reward method: The scholarship applies to the first and second semesters of the program, which will be split into two$5,000 amounts.
UQ International Scholarship
The University of Queensland International Scholarship support tuition fee of international students who have recently acquired high achievements in Australia. Applicants must start a relevant degree program at The University of Queensland in the second semester of 2021.
Scholarship value: 10,000 Australian dollars
Reward method: The scholarship is applies the first and second semesters of the program, which will be split into two$5,000 amounts.
UQ Lifelong Learner
The UQ Lifelong Learner scheme provides tuition support for both international and domestic UQ alumni, and applicants are commencing to study relevant courses at The University of Queensland in the second semester of 2021.
Scholarship value: 10% tuition fee reduction
Scholarship duration: According to the length of the degree program (maximum 4 years)
*For the above scholarships, all eligible applicants will be considered automatically based on merit for this scholarship if they have received an offer for a relevant program that commences in Semester 2, 2021.
*Students who have received scholarships, sponsorships, and other tuition reductions provided by UQ, will not be eligible for COVID-19 tuition fee reductions for semester 2, 2021. For more details, please refer to the UQ official website:
