Scholarship applications
IES College offers a number of full tuition fee scholarships for students who display the attributes and abilities for success in the Diploma Programme, including motivation, self-discipline and perseverance. Scholarships cover the cost of Year 11 and 12 tuition fees (inclusive of IB related fees and curricular/CAS excursion/incursion fees). It does not include textbook/resources, computing devices or fees for school camps/trips in Australia or internationally. Scholarships are available for Australian citizens and permanent residents only.
IES College scholarships include Academic Excellence, Diversity and United against COVID-19 scholarships.
Academic Excellence Scholarship
IES College’s academic scholarships is awarded to students who demonstrate academic excellence and values of respect, responsibility and compassion. The scholarship is awarded based on previous academic reports and a 300 word statement on the topic 'What personal and academic attributes do you possess which will allow you to succeed as a student of the International Baccalaureate Programme?'
Diversity & Belonging Scholarship
IES College strives to offer an inclusive, accepting learning environment and community for all students. The Diversity & Belonging Scholarship is designed to assist talented individuals from diverse or underrepresented backgrounds. We encourage applications from students who identify as:
- Culturally, ethnically and/or linguistically diverse
- First Nations persons, including those who identify as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander
- Having a chronic illness or disability
- LGBTQI+
United Against COVID-19 Scholarship
Under the strain that is facing many families during the COVID-19 outbreak, IES College is opening up a new scholarship. The United Against COVID-19 Scholarship will allow families who are experiencing financial hardship to receive a full tuition fee scholarship for the duration of the student’s two years at IES College.
